Sergey Lavrinenko has been working at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih since 2014. He held the position of Deputy Director of the Energy Department for Technology, and in February 2019 became the Director of the Energy Department - Chief Power Engineer, where he was responsible for organizing the uninterrupted operation of electrical and energy equipment in the workshops of the enterprise, providing structural units with energy resources, managing the system for the efficient use of fuel and energy resources.
Since October 31, 2019 Sergey Lavrinenko has worked as the chief engineer of the administration for production of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih.
He began his professional career in 1995 as an electrician in the workshop of networks and substations at the Azovstal metallurgical plant, where he later became the chief power engineer. Then he worked as deputy, head of the central electrotechnical laboratory, chief engineer of the department of the chief power engineer, and in 2013 he headed this division.
He graduated in 2003 at the Azov State Technical University with a degree in Electrical Power Consumption Systems (Mariupol).
