Yulia Chermazovich, still director of the HR Department, the company has appointed the director of industry relations and social development. She will focus on the sustainable development of the enterprise and will continue to develop strategic relations of the company with trade unions, industry associations, educators and local communities.

Recently, Julia has spearheaded a successful initiative to relaunch strategic relationships with 11 unions at the plant. The New Factory project, initiated by her, in partnership with two leading Kryvyi Rih universities and the program to attract young people to careers in metallurgy, received positive feedback from the educational community and other partners.
The new appointments reflect the general direction of changes in the corporation aimed at sustainable development and improving the quality of management in our region. Both managers will continue to report directly to the General Director of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih.
Artem Filipyev began his career in 2003, heading a charitable foundation that provides free legal assistance. Then he worked at the law firm Rechtsanwalt-Ukraine. In 2010-2011 he was the dean of the law faculty of the National University "Ostrog Academy". After that, he returned to the corporate sector and held the position of General Counsel for a number of international companies. He joined ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih in 2018 as the Chief Legal Adviser of the Administration for Legal Affairs, and then took the position of Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs, Government Relations and Communications. He studied at the National University "Ostrog Academy" and at the University of Maastricht (Netherlands). Yulia Chermazovich has been working at the enterprise for over 17 years. She started her career as a trainee. Successfully rose to leadership positions in 2018, was appointed Acting director, and then - the director of the personnel department. In this position, she was responsible for the implementation of the HR strategy, dealt with issues of content, motivation, training and development of personnel, attracting personnel, including young people, as well as increasing the prestige of the MMC professions. In 2004 she graduated from the Kryvyi Rih Technical University with a master's degree in Enterprise Economics.
