The UK Remedies Authority (TRA) initiated a transitional review of an anti-dumping measure (AD) on steel plate originating in China on 25 January to determine whether the current AD measure should continue and whether the measure is in line with UK requirements. .
These are hot-rolled flat products made of non-alloyed or alloyed steel, not in coils, which are often used in the production of construction, mining and forestry equipment, in oil and gas pipelines, for shipbuilding and construction of bridges and buildings, classified according to TN VED codes 7208 5120 10 .
The investigation period for this transition review is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and the entire injury period is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2021.
The final recommendation based on the audit results was scheduled to be announced in February.
